Through his lifetime of work at the intersection of technology and social policy, Paul Lembesis has helped governments, businesses and associations to prosper and achieve their agendas in the political arena. 

As a founding principal of the Emerson Associates Inc., Mr. Lembesis has helped clients to use research and analysis to bring public attention to their issues.  He has worked with a wide variety of industries, including health, telecommunications, Internet, postal services, transportation and financial services.  Much of his work has focused on the ways that new technologies should be used in order to best serve society.

Mr. Lembesis has twice been awarded the United States' Medal of Meritorious Honor for his work in various Geneva-based arms control negotiations and at the United Nations.  He has served as a committee officer in both the American Bar Association and Federal Bar Association, and is a member of the American Statistical Association.
